Return Policy:
Items may be returned to Top Furniture within a 2-week period provided that the merchandise returned is in new condition.
Top Furniture reserves the right to complete an inspection before issuing credit to customer's account. Bedding returns
are dealt with on a case-by-case
basis due to the restrictions placed on us by our manufacturers. Top Furniture will
charge additional delivery fees for return trips to pick up merchandise.
Special Orders:
Top Furniture does business with several manufacturers. We try to keep in stock the most popular items as well as products
that provide the best value for our customers. Special Order items are items that we do not normally stock. They are ordered
based on your request. Once the order is placed with the manufacturer, we are unable to cancel or return any items to them.
We are financially obligated to pay for the items ordered from these manufacturers. Therefore, Top Furniture requires a 20%
special order down payment. If for any reason the items are no longer available, Top Furniture will refund your payment in full.
For a full refund you must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Should you wish to cancel your order after it
has been placed with the manufacturer, or return your order after receiving, there is a 20% Re-Stocking fee.
